Enroll at Collegiate Academy
Enrollment for 2024-2025 School Year (Mid-Year Transfer)
Beginning September 1, 2024, enrollments for the fall semester will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and with consideration of classes that may be at capacity. All transfers within the Jeffco School District must follow the Choice Enrollment Process, including submitting an Administrative Transfer Request in EnrollJeffco. Supporting documents may be requested for review prior to approval. Transfers within Jeffco require approval from both sending and receiving schools.
Collegiate Academy adheres to the Jefferson County School District's Choice Enrollment, Policies and Procedures for students Kindergarten - 12th Grade.
Please review the Parent Enrollment Checklist linked below. The enrollment application process has moved online in all Jeffco schools. Supporting documents can be provided in paper form or digitally to our Enrollment Coordinator at mmcgriff@collegiateacademy.net.
Parent Checklist & Info Needed for 24-25 School Year
All new enrollments must be completed through EnrollJeffco
- You must Create/Update a Jeffco Account– Parent creates account first, then add children. Jeffcopublicschools.org/enroll (instructions are available)
- Only create one if you have never had a student in a Jeffco School.
- To recover or reset your Jeffco Public Schools parent/guardian username or password, go to the Personal Account Manager.
Please submit the following as soon as you have decided to enroll at Collegiate Academy:
- Collegiate Academy Admissions Application must be submitted online through EnrollJeffco
- Transcripts and/or Interim Report Cards, Elementary Report Cards (from current/previous school)
- Attendance & Behavior Reports (from current/previous school)
- Current IEP, ALP, 504 Plan, or other pertinent information
- Birth Certificate and Immunization Record (up-to-date copy or exemption forms)
- Proof of Residency (Jeffco residents)
- Copy of recent utility or phone bill with parent's/legal guardian’s name & current address.
After you apply, you will be sent an offer or waitlisted. Once you receive an offer:
- Acknowledge acceptance of offer in EnrollJeffco
- Complete the Collegiate Academy Enrollment Paperwork
- Schedule Orientation Meeting (for all new 7th-12th grade students only)

- January 17, 2025: Round 1 enrollment window for the 2025-26 school year closes

- January 28, 2025: Lottery results sent to families
